The project was taken through the entitlement process to obtain PUD (Planned Urban Development) approval from the Zoning Commission to change from an industrial zone to a high-density residential zone allowing for 673 residential units in 4 phases, and approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of retail.
Hawthorne Place
The vision, site planning and drawings were to take a former industrial distribution facility and convert this 11-acre parcel to a mixed-use address, offering both multifamily residential units and office space.
